Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The rooms were spacious, equipped with mini-bars and safes, making our stay very comfortable. While the location offered a quiet escape in Ostiense, the distance from the city center was a minor drawback. The service was exceptional, going above and beyond to assist us, which more than made up for any inconveniences. Dining options were abundant in the nearby neighborhood, providing excellent value for money.

After traveling at night and spending a day with my mother in intensive care, the hotel was well equipped and comfortable, reminding me of a very nice Premier Inn room. The lovely bathroom with a large bath and shower on level 4 was a pleasant surprise. The staff, especially Alice on reception, were really helpful, but not so friendly, making it a mixed experience. The location, although a bit far from the city center, was perfect to come back to after a long hot day seeing the sights. The dining experience was very good, with buffet style options and gluten-free choices available, but some hot items were not up to par. Overall, a good value for money stay.
